Joining our Preferred Vendor Program provides the opportunity for increased exposure to potential clients who are looking for services like yours. We recognize that as vendors, we are all stronger working together than apart; this is why we love partnering with fellow entrepreneurs and creatives.

What does Willow Decor Co.'s Program offer Vendors?
When a vendor joins our Preferred Vendor Program, Willow Decor Co. adds the vendor to our carefully vetted list of vendors from the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). This includes links to the vendor's website and social media.
As part of our program, vendors receive a discount on their rental orders with Willow Decor Co; this discount is exclusive to each vendor and is never shared with non-preferred vendor members. In other words, we take great consideration in choosing our preferred vendor partners and are discerning with our program.
How does WDC choose vendors for the program?
We carefully vet each of our vendor partners based on certain criteria, which includes (among others) client testimonials, portfolios, and pricing.
What type of vendors can apply?
At Willow Decor Co., we encourage every type of vendor to apply. From photographers and wedding planners, to event designers, home stagers, and more.
What perks do Preferred vendors receive?
Our vendor partners receive access to the following:
- A 15% discount on every rental order (a total minimum order of $600 is required)
- Individual social media features (Instagram and Facebook)
- Styled shoot opportunities at unique, hidden gem locations
- Willow Decor Co. networking events
- A discerning group of vendors, carefully vetted based on quality of services and business reputation

Our Program is designed specifically to support fellow entrepreneurs and independent business owners. How does WDC refer people to the preferred vendors?
As part of our Preferred Vendor Program, vendors are added to an exclusive vendor list which is made available on our website for all site visitors to browse. Each vendor has their own website and social media platforms listed (and hyperlinked), in order that prospective clients can discover more about each vendor, their services, their website, and their online presence.
Willow Decor Co. is serious about the vendors we partner with and we personally curate our Preferred Vendor list to ensure that prospective clients are given access to highly-rated, quality vendors.
Is there a referral fee?
Willow Decor Co. does not take a personal referral fee from any referred clients a vendor may receive by participating in our Program. However, some vendors may choose to offer a discount on their own services to the clients which find you via our Preferred Vendor Program.
