Are your pieces always available for rental?
If one or more of our pieces are currently being rented, this will be clearly reflected alongside each item on our product page. We do our utmost to remain diligent with product availability updates to ensure prospective clients are aware of which products are available (versus those which are not). Please refer to our product page for information about product availability.
how long are your rental periods?
Because everyone's rental needs differ, we do not implement set rental periods for our items. This is why we require clients to sign Rental Agreements; these Agreements disclose each client's rental period according to the client's desired rental length. We recognize that some events or rental needs may run longer than others, thus, our rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do additional services have additional costs?
Above and beyond our rental service, we also offer Custom Sourcing, Delivery + Pickup, Item Setup, and Purchase services which better allow our clients to utilize our collection of upcycled pieces. These additional services have their own costs based upon the needs of the client. Because each client's needs are unique, the costs associated with these services are unique, as well. If you would like to work with Willow Decor Co. utilizing our additional services, we encourage you to get in touch with us.
What do you mean by "upcycled?"
"Upcycling," otherwise known as "creative reuse," is the process of breathing new life into old pieces which may otherwise be treated as antiques or "waste." Upcycling is an environmentally responsible and more sustainable approach to the reuse of decor, as opposed to purchasing new, mass-produced items. Willow Decor Co. believes in upcycling unique pieces which have their own stories, and this "trend" is growing more popular among the event design + planning industry. By upcycling, we are able to curate a bespoke collection of pieces which are not only sustainably reused, but also one-of-a-kind.
Can i pick up my rented items?
At this time, we do not offer pick-up options due to the antique nature of our items. Delivery allows us to better control and oversee the safe delivery of our items.
what if I need a piece you don't currently have?
Because each piece in our curated collection of decor is hand-picked by our team, we carry only those one-of-a-kind items found at antique markets, vintage sales, and more. Thus, none of our pieces are mass-produced or manufactured, which means we do not carry multiples of the same item. If you would like to work with Willow Decor Co. but do not see a piece which reflects your needs or aesthetic, we happily custom source pieces. This entails seeking a unique piece for your needs. Please note that we do not currently offer custom building services, and do not custom design our own pieces.
